
Bandung – 23-25 September 2019, Universitas Advent Indonesia, melalui bidang Kemahasiswaan mengirimkan delegasi untuk mengikuti kompetisi di Universitas Indonesia (UI) dalam kegiatan 4th International Nursing Student Symposium and Festival (INSympoFest) yang mengambil tema “Nurturing Innovation and Technology for Sustainable Nursing Practice”. Beberapa kegiatan yang dilaksanakan antara lain; poster presentation, oral presentation dan kompetisi yang mencakup; speech, essay, photo, video campaign, poster, singing, prototype dan cultural performance.
Pada kesempatan tersebut UNAI mengirimkan 1 delegasi untuk kategori speech dan 2 group untuk kategori singing competition. Sir Yunus Elon, selaku kepala Biro Kemahasiswaan mendampingi mereka dalam kegiatan tersebut. Adapun delegasi untuk speech competition merupakan mahasiswa keperawatan program profesi ners yaitu Alma Tauji Alexandra Rimbing. Suasana kompetisi sangat menegangkan pada babak penyisihan, para peserta berlomba untuk menampilkan yang terbaik disetiap kesempatan. Dan pada akhirnya juri memutuskan 5 nilai tertinggi untuk masuk dalam babak final. Puji Tuhan delegasi UNAI Alma T.A Rimbing masuk dalam babak akhir dan berhasil keluar sebagai pemenang ketiga setelah melewati beberapa tahap penyisihan.
Tepat pukul 3 sore setelah presentasi prototype kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan singing competition, kegiatan tersebut menarik minat para penonton oleh karena penampilan yang sangat baik oleh setiap group. Kedua grup dari UNAI berhasil masuk babak akhir dan setelah juri menghitung nilai rata-rata setiap penampilan singing group dari UNAI berhasil menempati Juara 2 (dua). “Kita berharap, agar prestasi yang mereka telah raih akan meningkatkan motivasi bagi mahasiswa-mahasiswi di kampus UNAI untuk terus meningkatkan dan mengembangakan diri, melalui kegiatan-kegiatan kompetitif yang akan mengasah kemampuan mereka”.

Bandung – 23-25 September 2019, Universitas Advent Indonesia, through the Student Affairs field sent delegates to participate in competitions at the Universitas Indonesia (UI) in the event, the 4th Symposium and International Nursing Student Festival (INSympoFest) which took the theme “Fostering Innovation and Technology for Sustainable Nursing Practices”. Some of the activities which were carried out include; Poster Presentation, Oral Presentation and competitions which include; speeches, essays, photos, video campaigns, posters, singing, prototype and cultural shows.
On that occasion UNAI sent 1 delegate for the speech category and 2 groups for the singing competition category. Sir Yunus Elon, as head of the Student Affairs Bureau accompanied them on the program. The delegation for the speech competition was a nursing profession program for nursing students namely Alma Tauji Alexandra Rimbing. The atmosphere of the competition was very tense in the preliminary round, participants competed to show their best at every opportunity. And in the end the jury decides the 5 highest scores to enter the final round. Praise the Lord, delegation from UNAI Alma T. Rimbing entered the Final round and managed to come out as the third winner after going through several initial stages.
Right at 3 pm after the prototype presentation the activity continued with the singing competition, the activity attracted the audience’s interest because of the excellent performance by each group. Both groups from UNAI successfully entered the Final Round and after the Judge calculated the average value of each performance the singer group from UNAI succeeded in occupying the 2nd place (two). “We hope that their achievements will increase motivation for students on the UNAI campus to continue to improve and develop themselves, through competitive activities that will hone their abilities” said Sir Yunus Elon.
