Cafetaria

The cafeteria of Universitas Advent Indonesia is an important place for students, especially those living in dormitories. Here, they gather to enjoy healthy meals every day at 06.00 to 07.00 am, 12.00 to 13.00 pm, and 17.00 to 18.00 pm. UNAI Cafeteria is committed to providing meals with balanced nutritional intake, supporting students' academic success and well-being. We believe that eating regularly with balanced nutrition is the key to living a better everyday life.

Bread

The bread is filled with a variety of fillings, such as chocolate, coconut, or nuts. It is usually sweet and soft, popular as breakfast with milk.

Fried Rice

A classic Indonesian dish, nasi goreng is rice stir-fried with soy sauce, vegetables, and sometimes egg, often served with crackers and pickles.

Tempeh and Tofu

Tofu and tempeh are popular sources of plant-based protein in Indonesia, often cooked with spices (sambal) or boiled.

Sayur Lodeh

An Indonesian dish made from a variety of vegetables such as eggplant, pumpkin, and string beans, simmered in coconut milk with spices.

Mie Gomak

UNAI Cafeteria also offers a variety of fresh fruits, such as banana, watermelon, papaya, salak, dragon fruit, and mango as snacks or desserts after meals.

Milk

A refreshing drink made from fresh fruits, each with its own flavor and health benefits. usually served Saturday morning and Monday morning.

Bandrek

A warm, traditional Indonesian drink made from ginger and various spices such as cinnamon and cloves, often topped with brown sugar.

Ice Cream

A crowd-pleasing frozen dessert, available in a variety of flavors and served every Saturday at noon.
